The Digital Talent Accelerator is a free programme for Malaysian TVET graduates, students and first-time jobseekers, delivered by Biji-biji Initiative and Mereka with IBM SkillsBuild, supported by MDEC. Registration is free and learning is free.

• Virtual bootcamps - weekly live sessions where facilitators walk you through real projects alongside learners from every state.
• Certification - earn Credly badges recognised by employers worldwide and add them straight to your LinkedIn profile.

AI Pathway

Understand how machines see, read and reason, then build with it.

• AI Fundamentals: Language and Vision in AI - intermediate, around 10 hours
• AI-Enabled Applications for Customer Service - advanced, around 8 hours

Web Development Pathway

Go from your first webpage to a deployed, real-world application.

• Web Development Fundamentals - intermediate, around 12 hours
• Software Engineering for Web Developers + Capstone - advanced, around 14 hours

Finish a pathway to earn a globally recognised IBM SkillsBuild badge, at no cost.

The MAJU! learning journey

• Mulai (Begin) - register on the portal and access your unique IBM SkillsBuild link (+10)
• Aktif (Active) - complete your IBM SkillsBuild modules and upload your Credly credential (+30)
• Jangkau (Reach out) - refer peers with your personal referral link (+15 per verified, certified referral, up to 10 referrals, max 150)
• Unggul (Excel) - attend a virtual bootcamp, Office Hours or career webinar (coming soon)
• Impak (Impact) - share your success story or get invited to the national Symposium (coming soon)

You can earn up to 190 points. Reach 10 verified referrals to claim a voucher reward, open to the first 500 participants who hit the threshold. The top 100 point-scorers unlock full placement support.
